A question for rakeback/bonus pros.

Beginning Sept 1st, I'm switching from recreational winning player to part-time grinder. I'll be going for Ironman + on FT and have a few questions.
Do all the bonuses one receives through the Ironman program/store/freerolls cancel out the rakeback one receives at FT through an affiliate? If so, what percent roughly is cancelled out? If one is earning rakeback, is Ironman essentially worthless?
Are there any Ironmen here? What has your experience been with the pogram? 200 FTP points/day seems pretty easy; what's the catch?
