it's working as expected, might take some getting used to but I have no complaints.
one thing to keep in mind is that if you're using your mouse somewhere else like in a browser or another program, then you need to click back on ur poker table for the hotkeys to work there. i guess that's basic common sense but in the heat of battle you might forget and keep pressing fold when the mouse is on the browser not the poker client.
btw I use it with tableninja (tableninja.com) which is highly recommended for multitablers.
before I had this mouse I used this gamepad for most of my hotkeys (mainly for folding):
it's also highly recommended but of course not really necessary if you have all the buttons on ur mouse. it's just comfortable to relax your left hand on it and fold with your thumb.
for those considering a mouse for poker/games/speed chess, I recommend getting a wired one with a high DPI and also a good large mouse pad with a wrist pad, not those lame office depot/walmart/target types.
the razer site has good ones including double sided ones where one side is for speed and one is for control
