I don't think I've ever been asked that question before. And I don't really know how to rate my view on reality. So for now, I'll say that it's neutral. Reality simply is.

I bracketed off part of the sentence for the sake of clarity. At least, that is how I'm understanding your sentence. I think bracketing is very important at this level because clarity of communication is essential. I want to focus in on the essence of what you intend to communicate.

The question you asked me:

If reality (that which is) is flawed, what is it flawed relative to?

My answer would be I don't know, but I feel this question puts one in the same situation as having to answer this question:

If flaws don't exist, where don't they exist?

If I don't understand someone, my impulse is to ask questions to gain clarity. My impulse is not to answer the question as if I know what you're talking about. I will answer questions that I understand, but if I don't understand, I'm going to ask questions.

It's similar to how simply saying "gnosis" doesn't clarify anything on its own. (Not that you said that, I'm using it as an example of why clarity is desired.)
