Pick one at random and down the line when you are brainwashed to the max you can say it was divine intervention.

No Satanism? Btw, thanks for making me feel like an idiot for not knowing at least half of the stuff in the OP.

It makes more sense to me if there is more than 1 God. Let me explain, this world is the way it is because there is Gods that are fighting with each other seeking control over this world and us and as a result we see the worlds disaters.

Or it could be that there is a god as described in the OT of the bible, but he is an evil clumsy god who makes mistakes. Then the real God described in the NT comes down and trys to fix things and kicks the old god out, that make more sense I guess, but I am just grasping at straws and have no idea.

Spiritual Satanist

Satanism

Why not, it has a book, history and a type of God.

The new/old gods thing does kinda sound like Greek mythology but GL finding fellow worshippers there. I guess neo-paganism? The sex orgies are here though (look for gods like Dionysus I guess) and in Satanism, the orgies where everybody's a willing participant that is. For your rape fix I'd look into a Christian sect, if you're American that is.

So you are an agnostic or what?

I would call myself a nihilist at this current point in time in my life. I am open minded to anything if the right info came along.

He says it perfectly imo. And if you need to feel a gap, art is the answer.

One of the ideas I have for a book actually revolves around multiple gods existing and entertaining themselves by playing certain sects of humanity off against each other and other gods, like the Olympians having retired or something.

+1 to making up your own idea of God.

I did this and now the concept of God makes sense and there is no struggle anymore.

Hi Blitzkreger, you should definitely read the Bible, as it contains the word of God. Buddha is dead, Mohammed is dead, but Jesus Christ is alive. Here is a website if you have any questions. http://www.clarifyingchristianity.com/

I'd like to say that I do not spam, and that I have absolutely nothing to do with the above website. It has personally helped me a lot, and I think it would help out OP as well. Best of luck to you my friend.

Unless I missed something, the posted options for creator of the universe are inconsistent with each other. So you can choose at most one. By now it seems reasonable to assume that no one can explain in a text-based format what the procedure is for making this choice.

Oh, you confine yourself to the list. I thought you meant that there is no way a god collab could have happened.

Why can no one here give me a simple answer?

Believe X because of Y, and here is Y you can see it for yourself.

Come on, it should be easy.

It is interesting how many one can list that have a singular original agent, given the virtually unlimited potential scenarios.

Everything "should" be easily reducible to simple formulas. Sadly, few things are.

How can anyone read this link and not see the awful glaring inconsistencies, logical fallacies, acceptance of things without proof, etc, etc. I guess I am just not " listening with my heart" :S

Where can I go to meet him? And I'd only accept a face-to-face meeting.

LOL he already posted this link in another thread and was told how terrible it was. At least he's gone from calling it a "great website" to adding a "I have nothing to do with this website" disclaimer. Progress?

Online Veteran: Please start a "check out this great website" thread with the link in the OP. I could spend all day telling you exactly what's wrong with it, maybe it would edify your spiritual journey. If you really think it's important to "think about things" and "know why you believe what you believe," resources beyond your clearly flawed and biased ones should be welcomed.

Proof of Old testament prophecies is the new testament?
Our way of communicating with God is reading the Bible?
Proof - the Bible says so.
But - I've been studying the Revelation and the prophets.
And the Prophecies concerning the end of the age are coming to pass.
A few videos ....Jesus in Space Pale Horse In Egypt
I'm a Christian tentatively; but I don't believe in Faith
either it is true or its not. So there is no religion only truth.
