Its very easy to say this with great confidence. I say it with the same confidence as I say say that God loves you more than you understand!

How do I know this? My believing and confidence in the statements I make come from my confidence in the word and what it does and does not say.

I know that Paul was given the ALL TRUTH that Jesus Christ said would be revealed in the future and Paul wrote it by revelation.

Later John the Apostle who was one of the last surviving Apostles wrote The last book in the bible Revelation, I, II and III John. There is no more need for anymore books to be added to the bible. All that is needed to live a Godly life and get eternal life and help others in this life and give them eternal life is written down already. Now its just the doing that needs to be done.
