Not every post on here is a legitimate post.

Besides I'm not a debater I'm a bible student and I reserve the right to pick and choose whatever post I wish to respond to just like every other poster on here does.

If you want to ad hominem or post absurdities then you can expect I will probably skip over your post or not answer it.

It seems to be mostly control freaks and sok puppets on here anyways and its hard to take them seriously at all.

Personally, I think that those who claim qualification in spiritual matters are full of it. They typically deal that which is unknowable and at best, I think they are delluded. Just consider how you feel about religious leaders who aren't Christians... they're misguided, but probably have their heart in the right place, right? That's how I feel about religious leaders, including Christians. It doesn't matter how long and intensely they've studied, if they've been barking up the wrong tree the whole time. At worse, however, they are manipulating vulnerable people for their own gain. These are the kind that are just making it up as they go along, and know exactly what they're doing.

So if I ever needed spiritual guidance, I wouldn't seek it from someone who claims some sort of spiritual authority.

No offense but this is what always happens with atheists determined to disprove faith. The categorical rejections right from the starting gate.

Its quite a sweeping statement to identify all spiritual practictioners with charlatans especially when most people agree whether theist or atheist that humans do have a natural propensity towards being spiritual. So you've now categorized all spirituality as evil by your actions/perceptions.

A more thoughtful person would ask how to identify the spiritually qualified.
