I've made a baby, God has not. So I'll step in. I think I did it the way catholic teaching recommended, that is with the intention to procreate. Apparently as pleasurable as it is this should never be the purpose. I'm not sure if you are allowed to enjoy it when procreation is the goal, but I wasn't married at the time so I was going straight to hell and thought I may as well enjoy the ride.

I have shopped the idea of a book of God's knowledge to many publishers. They say the value proposition of the book is unbounded if I will also detail in a verifiable way how God reveals his knowledge to me. This detail would differentiate the book from the current all time best selling book. Otherwise its worthless.

OK my last post on RGT. Of course like every one else on this forum I don't know the nature of God. No-one thought I did (and for the record Pletho no sane poster here thinks you do either).

But these are things I believe of God. None of this is original, but makes sense to me. And I've asked God all the questions that the devout have. I've longed for an afterlife and despaired about the fragility of life and the evil men do. But this is how for want of a better phase God has spoken to me.

God is the underlying truth of the universe. God is not bound by time and so doesn't need to be created, God just is, was and always will be. In fact if the universe ended God would not. God is not anything, but rather everything else. God is not aware of its existence or ours. We experience God every day, but God does not experience us. God influences everything in the universe but does nothing. God does neither good nor evil. God does not have existential angst or the pain of knowing what we know. The afterlife will be eternal bliss when like God this pain is lifted from us and we join him outside of this life.

As for life now God is imbued in the laugh of my son, but equally he is right there when other children starve this day that I've enough to feed my son 100 times over. I respect the awesomeness of God, but neither love or hate him. I try and live a good life mostly because I want to be judged favorably by others.
