everything is created in 'mind' (no proof of this only logic). Entirety is 'mind' and my mind, or me, my concious, is a part of it, like a mind within a mind (lets not distinct 'mind' from 'computer' or then we get back to determinism which seems to loom around this with you). saying 'my mind' is like saying 'me', 'here/body'. And no I am telling that my perception of self (ego) is illusion, not that self does not exist, but its still based upon perception, so there is truth in it somwhere, even if its small. A table in a room is just as much 'illusion' as the ego is.
