IIRC it's simultaneous posting all the way down, to preserve as closely as possible the 'feel' of a live debate. I threatened to think of some more satisfactory arrangement but my brains are addled by the heat and it's possible nothing more satisfactory exists.

When are the rebuttals due? Saturday good for you, around the late afternoon your time, say?
