My name is Tyler. I am 23 years old in the southern California area. With the current situation I am looking to remain a poker player by transitioning into live poker play. I am plain just looking to make us both money plain and simple as a primary goal and as much as possible at that. As a secondary goal I will look to make my play as updated as possible so you can follow along. I haven't figured this out completely but it will most likely be twitter along with some sort of comprehensive rail. I have a very solid understanding of NL Holdem poker and have the time to put in to make this a very profitable play for you. I am currently a student in college but I have recently completed some fast track courses and have basically what amounts to 3 give me classes on Tuesday and Thursday. The rest of my time is completely free.

What I am Looking for in a Backer

I am looking for someone who is willing to get me started first and foremost. Someone who is easy to get in touch with when questions arise is important to me. Lastly, someone who will give me the chance to prove myself and allow me to move up when my results warrant it.

My live play is less extensive as I mentioned. I have about 20 - 30 tournaments under my belt played in Vegas and So Cal ranging from $40 - $109. I am up about 1k playing those tournaments. My cash play is a bit more extensive live (Since they are more readily available). I've played about 30 hours of cash with moderate success of about 1k-2k mostly at 1/2 and a little bit of 2/5 tables.

Trustworthiness

The biggest selling point I have for being trustworthy is having fluid communication with my backer. Will I be hounding you constantly with texts/IM's? Absolutely not. Will you always know whats going on? Absolutely. Communication is key.

I have sold 13 packages and was in the process of selling more before the bust. They all ranged from 1.5k - 3k in starting BR. Funds were always shipped right away after they were finished with an accompanying pm to my investors. I think my investors appreciated the method and it will continue.

Live Play

I live in Southern California so most of my play will be in Southern California. I most likely will end up going on 3-4 day trips where I will just be focusing on poker and making money. These trips will most likely be to commerce. That being said I have done my research and their are about 8 poker rooms that are decent that are within a two hour drive and about 4 that are within an hour. These are the ones that I will play at for the most part. I do take occasional trips to Vegas. These might increase over time with the proper backing. Furthermore, the CA state championships are coming up and provide a great opportunity for extended MTT play. (Link to CA State Championships

With all this in mind I am looking to play somewhere around $335 and under MTT's (These will mostly be $100s and under and only commerce tournaments will be in the $220 - $335 range for the most part) and 1/2 Live cash with the opportunity to move up to escape the rake.

To accomplish this I am looking for around $8k to be a little bit safe but not require too much $$. This can be released in increments. I obviously don't need an entire 8k up front. This amount is negotiable as some will be more knowledgeable about what kind of BR is required for live tournaments/cash then I.

Payment

Right now I have BoFA and Paypal. These are both very acceptable. I am open to another avenue of payments back and forth but these two are the most viable for me right now.

I have never backed up anyone for live games because of an obvious fact that its almost impossible to track the profits/loss. The only way to do that is trust. Considering what just happened with online market, i am willing to stake people for live games but still would like to know what your plans are as far as keeping track of winnings/losses.

my main way is going to be through pictures. Any and all games will have pictures uploaded or picture text messages. This is to keep it straight until the trust is there. This is the best way I can think of.

I don't know Tyler irl but Ive bought alot of action online and early on he binked a 5 figure score and shipped my $ without any problems. I truly believe he has what it takes to make money on and off line. Even after Black Friday he has been in touch with me about some money that is froze and has put my mind at ease.
