I've been playing for a living online for 9 years now and have cleared 6 figures each year. Started out at LHE, moved to NLHE, and finally to PLO 2 years ago.
I'm moving away from poker for various reasons, but I am very much still a winner in the games and that isn't my reason for leaving.
Starting immediately, I'll be back in school full-time which means bills need to get paid. I have a large retirement account I could live off of for years, but that doesn't seem prudent. Therefore, I'm cashing out my roll to use for life expenses and am going to seek a stake.
Aside from using my bankroll to live now, it also seemed unwise to take the full brunt of the variance in a high-variance game like PLO while being a student with a somewhat low playing volume.
I am looking for a stake for $1/2 and $2/4 PLO 6max. I'd be playing on a mixture of sites, not including Stars. I already have reasonable RB deals worked out at all of them, but I'd be willing to switch if we could find something better.
I expect to put in ~40/hrs of playing time a month, but it will be very hit and miss when I'm playing depending on school load. Might not play for 2 weeks, then play for 5 days straight, 6 hours a day. We'll have to see. So there is some risk of low volume a backer would have to accept.
On the flip side, I've been winning a lot for a long time. You aren't running much of a risk I can't beat the games for a sizable chunk or that I'm going to go off on tilt and blow the roll. I've done this for a long time and I'm good at it.
I don't imagine many stake candidates are going to be as attractive as I am given my history. Still, I will be lower volume and I will be playing the variance-fest known as PLO so there are of course risks.
PTR is a giant useless wasteland. Here's some stuff that is marginally useful but a lot is missing from these samples obviously.

My current database doesn't hold older hands, but I can probably pull some stuff as I believe I have the raw hand histories. I've probably got a very large sample of crushing on Stars if I look through my HH folder (I was 15bb/100+ over 200-300k hands at MSPLO there).
I also have a good amount of references from the community as you'd expect.
I expect to need $16-24k as a bankroll for the games I want to play. Doesn't necessarily have to all be up front, but it needs to be accessible. I'd also need access to HH's.
I'd be looking for something significantly better than 50/50. No real number in mind, but looking to see what kind of offers I can field. I'd be comfortable with a 3 month stake and in all honesty, I see this going for a long time with the right partner.
