I recently had my PayPal account charged by StoxPartners for $27.99. Now, I only ever signed up for a one off month around 2 years ago so it was obviously a false charge. I raised it with Paypal and the money has been refunded without explanation.

Has anyone else had any incorrect charges from StoxPartners recently?

Can you PM me your paypal account info so I can conduct the proper investigation into this? This is the first incident we've heard of a false charge.

I'd recommend you email support@cardrunners.com to get everything settled and assure that this doesn't happen again.
