Cardrunners not answering emails? Cardrunners not answering emails?

Ive tried to get hold of Cardrunners since the merge and they dont return my emails.

Anyone else with the same problem?

Is there someone here that represents CR that can help me?

We answer all inquiries to support@cardrunners.com within 24 hours, if you haven't heard back from us, check your spam folder.

If you are sending from a yahoo email account and are not hearing back from us, it is very likely that yahoo is either blocking our replies or shuttering them to your spam folder.

We clean the inbox constantly throughout the day and always reply to everything. There is literally a zero percent chance we are ignoring you, I promise!!!

If you don't hear back, please pm me and I will do whatever I can to help.

I have got the similiar problem. I have sent a email to them though hotmail 3 days ago and still got no reply. All I have recieved is something like a automatic reply form them that said they will respond with in 24 hours. I even tried to use another email address on gmail to ask what is my status.

Pretty disappointed about that

We are having some issues with replies getting out due to an error on my behalf. It was not discovered until this afternoon and has only recently been fixed. Well, we think it is fixed - I am waiting to hear back to know for sure.

In the meantime, if anybody needs anything pressing, PLEASE email jeff@cardrunners.com and I'll be happy to help.
