I found my membership was reduced from gold to basic. Also I am having problems posting in the strategy forum. Anybody else having this problem?

Your subscription probably just lapsed, email support@cardrunners.com from your registered email and we'll look into it.

I emailed them several times but I never got a response.

We clear out emails as they come in nearly 24 hours a day. If you have not gotten a reply, the first thing I'd suggest is to check your spam folder. If that fails, shoot me an email at jeff@cardrunners.com and I'll look into it for you.
