This.

But after Daisy, Tjoez, and now mmmmmkay..I'm starting to think that all Belgians are adoptable.
10-04-2015 , 08:43 AM
I like waffles can I get adopted?
10-04-2015 , 08:59 AM
You must be asking JustJ....'cause if I were your mother you'd never be Senator.

Also, in my family we do not permit dissenting opinions of The Princess Bride.

I'm just looking for validation from random people on the Internet, but I'm not Belgian, so figured waffles were the closest thing I had.
10-04-2015 , 09:10 AM
Nor should you. There is only one acceptable opinion of The Princess Bride: Greatness.

Side topic:
I've learned that I'm easily tricked when drunk. Somehow we went from,
"NO ONE DOES ANYTHING FUN THIS WEEKEND UNTIL WE RIP THE LAST CARPET OUT"

to

"OK, you can go duck hunting Friday night and Saturday morning, but then WE HAVE GOTTA GET THAT CARPET OUT"

to

"OK, We can spend all of Saturday at the farm, but Sunday, ....CARPET"

to

"Yeah, you can stay out there. We'll do it next weekend"

And I have no idea how we got there.

I think deep down you like the carpet & want to keep it.
10-04-2015 , 09:26 AM
My allergies and 6 box/month Kleenex bills say, "no."

Carpet talk is so hot!

I vaguely remember this, but not enough to confirm or deny any of the details. I have some recollection of trying to hand someone (Tilt?) cash & being turned down.

I only recall having one drink...my 1st kid was, & still is, exhausting...I think my wife had a few tho.

I definitely recall Jack offering to pay for dinner for my wife & I, which was very generous, but which offer I had to turn him down on.

Wedding was a good time. Would do again.

So you were drunk all weekend? Solid life plan.

My drunk time generally includes full-strength Wed. night, mild drinking on Friday night, Champion-level Saturdays.

In theory, I'm supposed to sleep in on Sunday. I can't even, tho.

Confirmed sleeping in is a thing of the past for me too, even if I get puking piss myself drunk I don't sleep in... Waking up is like mandatory now.

This. They say hangovers get worse as you get older...I think I'm just awake for more of them now.

Confirmed not suicidal, I love waking up and being awake. And drinking while being awake, I finished like 300 ml of vodka during the college footbalol game.

The carpet will not rip itself out Kristy, get to it!
