in maryland you sign consent to take the tests when you get your license. if you decline to take a breathalyzer and completely refuse im almost positive they can 'detain' you , not arrest you , take you to the station and blood test you.

ive also passed a breathalyzer by just not blowing into it , mostly just pretending to blow into it by blowing out my nose. they kept telling me i wasnt blowing hard enough and in my mind i know im not blowing into that ting no matter what. this is after totalling my 1st jeep wasted .

cause regardless of how i felt, i probably wouldn't have passed a breathalyzer. i am a little guy. plus just having a cop slow down so he can get behind is a little nerve wracking.
