what happened was that on sundays, we have a contest where people pic squares on a board that are numbered down and across. if the last digits of the score of whatever game we are running it for is their square, then they win a jersey. one of the rules of it (not written which becomes important) is that you have to be there to win. keep people at the place longer.... so, the guy who wins had left, but told this other lady if he wins she can have his jersey. she was mad that we wouldn't give it to her. he wasn't there to win it, so no one won the jersey. she got pissed and went on about the rules not being written down (we have been doing this for years) and that i am a horrible manager. i talk about if we make an exception here, where does it stop as far as being fair to everyone playing. doesn't matter that she is a regular that has done 3 beer tours. he wasn't there to win his jersey, so she def can't claim it to be hers imo.
