Well, they are deep south mexicans, and some are salvadorian.

They are subs and do our flooring for us, but the guy who runs them - when work is slow, those same guys that do flooring also do drywalling, roofing, tree branch cutting, landscaping, painting, auto repair.

So, he just keeps them busy by paying them by the hour and getting work for all of that stuff.
