8? You are to kind more like 12. I do exercice bout 3 times a week but if i played afl at a local level id need to go for a run 4-5 days a week min.

How do you guys know what's going on watching all those games at the same time?? I can only put all my effort into rooting for the LoLions. I can barely keep up with omgomgomg, I gave up on the SE thread. Too much distraction.

I doubt your exer use is that strenous if you exercise three times a week and are still 280 .
