The Saab was new, the Jetta was a year old. The Saab always had issues and was expensive as **** to fix.

If the Saab was new, I would assume it came with a warranty? Don't all brand new cars come with warranties?

iono, mine came with a bad warranty, i had to pay like 1200$ on top for a sweet one, and mine is only a mazda (good lord i don't wanna know what you think about them) but it was still costly

It was not a good warranty and I was stupid and didn't pay to get the better one. So, basically it kicked in if the engine fell out of the car, and not much else, lol. Obv that's an exaggeration, but it was pretty bad.
Any parts for it were very expensive.
