advanced css can be pretty difficult... but... simpler css can be a copy and paste job and then just change a few things. what exactly are you trying to do with it? layout/design (where something goes, how it interacts with other objects) will be a bit harder than attributes/properties (text color, size, font, what happens when you put your mouse over a link, color of links, etc).
