My brother is a personal trainer, so he generally helps me out, I guess I need to mention the lower abs thing (partially scared of what he'll make me do, tbh).

just some torso rotation and a few crunches n situps

if they dont have a torso machine then bicycle crunches will do the trick, its pretty easy after the first week so dont be scared of it
