The law is that all personal injury case are no win no fee? Does that up the amount of bull cases iyo.

Well, it's not a matter of "winning" per se. It's just a straight % of recovery. If you get $10, we get $3.33 (or $4 if it goes to litigation), and so on.

It lowers the amount of bs cases because no one will take on a case they don't think they'll recover their time for. If we got paid by the hour, we would take any crap case there was.

nah thats not it, theres one where a guy runs up a hudge score, makes an epic bluff on matusow w/ his whole roll, gets trainwrecked when someone links his myspace showing hes ghey, and eventually loses it all

Yeah thats a point, great % to get tho. I did a shoulder at work a few years back and considering suing but imo you dont want that **** on your record.
