Your problem is you or how will you be. Right now you seem tormented by this if that's the case how long do you think you are going to be able to carry on "being friends" with out going nuts? Will you date or is your heart so into this girl the thought of seeing anyone else (currently) doesn't even cross your mind?
If that's the case there isn't a should or shouldn't , you would actually need to ask her out to move fwd in your life in one form or another. Else you are gonna stay stuck in this limbo.
