man i cant find that recipe. basically its like..

1.5 lbs of chicken fry it up in veg oil , brown it on very high dont cook it fully.

take chick out, set aside. in coupe tb spoons of oil, add ,

2 sticks of lemongrass
2 small garlic cloves minced
4 green onions chopped
1 small schallot minced
3 or 4 thai chilis (or other hot pepper.. i used chili pepperS).. chopped
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 or 2 teasp sriracha chili sauce .. taste as u add!
1/2 cup of sake (or water)
1 med red onion diced
1 lime

get some oil hot, throw onion, lemongrass, garlic, shallots, green onion .. cook on high for like 2 mins . throw in sake , fish sauce, peppers, chili sauce, add the 1/2 cooked chicken. cook till chicken is fully cooked and,

.. make a reduction sauce .. add lime to taste (taste as u add ).

serve over rice noodles or jasmine rice.

This sounds amazing. The lemongrass, chilis and Sriracha have got to make this top top.

I disagree. It's not the hottest (I've had way hotter) but it has a great flavor - much better than Tobasco. I put it on Mexican food all the time and it rocks.

wow rly? i put it on tacos once and i thot , hm this is just not right .. just doesnt mesh as well as like daves hot sauce etc.

its def not the hottest sauce ive ever had but its pretty hot. i think tobascos flav works better for mex food (def not the best hot sauce for mex food tho..) , srira works better for thai. just imo.

that is the only way ill eat scrambled eggs. i prefer Fried eggs though Breakfast is rly the only non frozen food im capable of cooking well. oh wait i misread your poast i never herd of this hot sauce you speak of.
