Why does every ass clown lawyer think they know what they are doing when they write a trust agreement? Ask the trustee that if the grantor wanted tuition paid, their intent likely included associated education costs, like room and board and to cut you a check(unless the trust specifically says tuition only, then you're SOL). If she says no, petition to change trustee.

In unrelated news my friends keep on trying to kill themselves:

I wiped my bike on Friday night. The brother in laws wanted to go on my long bear bait run (42 miles one way). Well they were causing me to be a little behind schedule since they were on 4 wheelers. I ended up meeting a truck on a sharp corner in an area I usually take it easy on and put it down to avoid the truck. I hit a rock with the helmet and put a good cut in the top of my helmet. I hurt my knee, ankle, hand, shoulder, back, and cut my face but I am just as dumb as before. I am back to normal today. I had to use the truck to bait so I could heal up the rest of the weekend.
