How does a 24-hour automobile race work? Is Alonzo on a team with a couple of other drivers or something like that, or does everyone just end up falling asleep and crashing into things by the end

I think they can have up to 5 drivers, but iirc the team Alonso is in has three. So I guess they drive as long as they feel comfortable and then take a rest. Tbh, I've never watched endurance racing, so I don't know ****.
