Do you watch from the camera as you fly, or do you just watch the drone and then see what you filmed afterwards..? I always wanted an rc plane with a camera inside and a VR headset, so I could feel like a pilot.

It's a DJI phantom 3. That broadcasts the video to my phone when in flight. But you can't legally fly with a VR headset on, so I just fly it to where I want the shot from which is usually up and away from me, then when I get far enough away I start recording

You can buy you need a friend to keep line of sight on the aircraft. I'd bet it's different on an island with 7 people, but the USA#1 is strict about this stuff. can't even fly them in national parks
