nah two weeks goes to fast. if there's one thing I'm good at its doing nothing. got people to do and things to see which will take up two of those four weeks. I need two weeks of absolute nothing just to recharge.

I've been doing that all week, salad with oily fish like mackerel or anchovies, then a greek yoghurt with dried fruit in it. Very dull. Friday is always a pig-out day.

It's not really. It does the job in filling my stomach, but it's not something I enjoy. I put the anchovies in there to give it some taste.
