Considering you're biking and hooping, you could prob get fine squatting every other day for a bit. Idk how much time you have though ]
I squat 5+ days/week. Typically squatting "heavy" 3 of those days and lighter workouts (either front squats or simply lighter back squats) in between for recovery. I make my own programming on the fly, so that's just kinda of a general idea of what I'm doing.
