He's bluffing with pocket twos as often as JT imo. I wouldn't call. But I'd bet flop.

His line & actions just didn't seem to make any sense for value, unless he had 55 or 67.

I considered bluffing with a small pair, but I didn't think there was a lot of point in that because it was pretty clear from my line I wasn't that strong (or I guess alternatively I could have quad 9s), & that the only things he'd get me to fold were things he was already beating. & he didn't seem so dumb that he would do something entirely pointless.

I thought about betting flop, but opted for pot control. Prob had a fairly aggressive image insomuch as I was 1 of only 2 people at the table who seemed to be raising &/or c-betting.

I was raising smaller because the table was excessively tight & my $11 raises were getting 1 caller max, but in general yeah, I'd prefer to be in the $16-$20 range with that button raise.

Not c-betting is probably where I screwed up the hand the most. It led me to believe that I wasn't repping anything.
