Im trying to think of my own health "problems" but ive basically had two colds in maybe 5 years?

Definitely some mild mental issues tho

but the most important thing is you have to ease into it...your feet didn't atrophy like that being bound most of your life over night and you can't build up supportive muscle and an arch overnight
