I don't mind grey and dark tho. Like right now. It makes me feel very relaxed and calm. I really liked this little trip i had. Exactly what i needed. And these 2+2 hours in bus were very precious..just to clear my mind, think about the things with no rush, listen to the music, take a nap in the end! Meeting friends was cool too, of course.

I like rain and gloom, as long as it's warm, and snow and stuff is cool too, just wore on me after a while how early it got dark. Diff people enjoy diff weather, which is good cuz otherwise the places I wanna live would be way overcrowded

What kinda trip was it?

well i have a friend, we studied at uni together. She got married 2smth years ago and has a baby now. And since we live pretty far from each other we don't meet often. So she invited me for her bday party and i decided to go. We were chilling out in the most expensive restaurant in their town. It was fun.
I don't have many friends and i don't go out often, so for me it was pretty great to get out for this weekend. I'm planning another bday party for next weekend. Also out of town. On train tho. Which is good imo. I do really love spending time on the "road" (going somewhere).

I don't play live often, don't really like it, when I do I just go up to orleans, it's closest to me and I know all the waitresses and dealers, so I just get sloshed

My dad stayed at the Orleans when he was in town for CES. Not my fave tho. What do ya do here then if no live poker

I agree orleans isn't great, but it's close and the waitresses are hot.. I haven't been to the strip since I moved back here 2 years ago.. don't really like it

If we ever get full tilt $ i'd prolly play live more from having a bigger roll.

we had different salads, smoked fish snacks, pork steaks covered with mushroom sauce with grilled cherry tomatoes and bananas, pickles, juices, champaigne, desserts...well food was really good.

i've been to M a couple times for sports bets, but that's it, really don't hang out in casinos much.. just go to local bars with friends when I go out.

ya, I don't play holdem much though, I play omaha.. so my choices are limited by that to start with.. basically orleans and venetian for the limits i'll play.
