The problem is holding the boss accountable for the actions of coworkers or customers. It's a crappy situation to be in and either the accuser or the accusee has to be fired.
Everyone has a certain personality and I train managers to spot the ones with the troublemaker personality and fire them quick. Thank God I'm in a "at will" state.
