its pretty kool to try a few times just make sure ur not allergic to it and make sure it doesnt have any lye in it b/c lye is a key part of the extraction process when it is made and there shouldnt be any of it in the final product but if a noob messed up o/s it could be in there. You could test by scratching it into the skin on the bottom of ur forearm and see if you break out (allergy test).. not really sure how to test for lye since i always made my own i knew it was ok

Ya, but they seem to be fairly accurate for me and most people, probably sort of a bell curve distribution. If you are having trouble losing weight when you think you are at a caloric deficit then I can understand the want.
