Open Side Menu Go to the Top

Ok, I ve downloaded the trial version, imported my hand histories and perused the program for some time.

For the time being, my goal is to analyze my game and find leaks or areas I can improve on. I am not interested in other players or the HUD just yet.

So how do I go on exploring the features and the capabilities of the program? Which stats should I pay special attention to?

The main problem I have is putting the numbers in context. So I checked my various starting hands in all kinds of different positions. The results seem reasonable enough; As and Ks are the ones I raise more and the ones earning more chips. Moreover, the SB and the BB are losers for me.

But how do I figure out if I am earning as much as I could with those hands? Or how can I tell if my blinds play is good or bad? What if certain hands despite the relatively large sample size still show losses because of variance and not bad play?

Is there a benchmark for all these things, a measuring stick?

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

PS. Btw, I am an MTT player so overall the program shows that I am losing chips; but then again, chances are that by the nature of these tourneys, chances are overwhelming you will be losing chips on the aggregate correct?
