It's going to be quite a while yet. First PT3 needs to become a lot closer to feature complete, then the Mac port, then PTO gets brought into PT3, then PTStud is next. I wouldn't expect to see it until early 2010, though it might be faster if the additional developers we are currently looking for turn out to work well.
