Hey guys, I have a question regarding sharing hand histories between users of PT3 and HEM and if it's possible to

A friend sent me an archived file of his HEM hand histories. I figured I could just add the text files to my PT3 HH database, and I would have access to that data. However, PT3 doesn't seem to be recognizing the files I got from the HEM hand histories. Is there a way to convert the files or something so you can combine databases from different programs like this?

Please attach them to a support ticket and we'll add support for them. Sometimes there are small differences between the two when the poker site doesn't provide text hand histories.
