I just downloaded the trial version of PT3 today and gave it a try. It seems an amazing program, but I had some problems:

My first test was $5.5+0.5 9-max satellite, which gives $5.5 to the 3rd and 22T$ (tourney dollar) to the top two. However, the top two appeared to have won $0, whereas the 3rd has won $5.5.

Second test was with $11+1 6-max turbo SNG. Here I clicked the PT icon and clicked "treat as 6-max." However, the program didn't recogise the final place of any player, and thus, no prize money. Should I have not checked "treat as 6-max"? What about "adjust qualifying tables limits" checkbox?

This led me to try another 6-max SNG, this time super turbo. I finished in the 3rd (bubble), closed the table window and stopped auto-importing. Well, PT didn't even recognise the buy-in and claims that it was $0 buy-in tournament.. of course, no information on prize money

Any suggestions? Do I have to play with some configurations?

Please read the Tournaments FAQ too - if you have summary files/emails which have information which isn't being imported please attach them to a support ticket so we can get it fixed.

I play on Full Tilt Poker. Thanks for the link: for the last 2 problems, it seems like the key was *when* to close the tourney lobby. Here are my new questions concerning this:

1. When exactly should I close the tourney lobby? I usually close when it pops up at the beginning of each tourney. Should I leave this open, and if so, until when?

2. When does FT generate the summary file? The last time I close (or open?) the tourney lobby? If I get busted, close the lobby and the tourney ends in the next 5 min, will there be any update (i.e. who was placed where)?

1. You need to leave the tourney lobby open until the end of the tournament if you want full information, but at least until you bust out.

2. Summary information is written when you close the lobby. Nothing will be written after that.

I forgot to add, you should enable the 'adjust qualifying tables limits' if you want your tables to be automatically recognized as 6-max.
