I answered this in PM but just in case anybody else is curious: it does depend on how much you want for a confidence interval and how big a winner you need to be to be satisfied.
I would want at least a 100k sample of running quite well to be confident that I'm a winner, 250k or more to have any confidence in my actual winrate. I think there are winrate confidence calculators out there but I can't off the top of my head provide a link.
