I've been successfully using PT3 for quite some time now (including last night) - but tonight I received an error message telling me that my registration was not recognised. It also tells me that my trial period is over and do I want to purchase PT3. I purchased PT3 (and PT2) some time ago.

The email address I had when I bought PT3 is no longer valid, and I cannot go back and check what the number was (I don't remember what it was - I haven't needed it for quite some time).

Any advice on how I resolve this. Have lots of notes on my PT3 database.

Thanks.

This was due to us taking the server down for the new release. PT3 should work fine now. If it's still not working, try entering your registration code again.

Wow! REALLY impressed with the speed of that response. Exceptional customer service - full credit to PokerTracker.

As you said - it is now back up and running. Have not downloaded new release because I cannot remember my registration code. 2 questions
1) Will the new release work if I can't remember the registration code i.e. will it ask me for it?
2) is there somewhere on the current version (which I now have open) that I can find my registration number (not under Help - About tab where other software apps hide their number sometimes).

Great Work.

Thanks.

1. Yes, it should. You can also find your registration code by going to our website and going to the "My Account -> Registration Codes" page.

2. No, the code isn't displayed. Although it's kept in the C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\Data\Config\PokerTracker.cfg file.
