how do i delete all hands from appearing in PTR? i want to start my database over (as i just got the HH from FT) and want to delete all of my old hands

The best thing to do is to start a new database to import all your new HH. If you get everything set up as you want it in your new DB you can then delete the old DB later.

If you're still on the trial, or for some reason don't want to create a new DB then you can purge your current database - this takes significantly longer, though.
