PT3 on Stars - tournament winnings not right

I'm playing on Stars and played 10 tournaments. I won 3 of them but all of them show Amount Won = 0 and Net Won is negative. What do I have to do to get this corrected? All the hands appear correctly and if you look it shows me winning the last one.
