Okay suddenly today I got this problem...

Please don't tell me I have to make a new database AGAIN. About 2 weeks ago I already had to make a whole new database due to a problem and it took me almost 3 days.

What version of PT3 are you using?

Please enable logging, reproduce the problem and submit your PokerTracker.log file to the
Support system , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket so that we can investigate.

Works again without doing anything. Rebooted 3x yesterday didn't solve anything, woke up this morning and it works again.

About the ticket: yeah last time I did that and never heard about my problem again, they were investigating it but I never got an answer, great support I must say.

You may not get an immediate fix or a personal reponse if it's a complicated issue and there are a lot of tickets about the same thing.

If you do not get an immediate response then your ticket was forwarded to the highest level and is in a queue of issues that our lead developer will look into. You will get a response, whether it's within a week, a month or several months. Some issues also take much longer to fix than others which could lead to a longer response time.

Every issue is addressed and more importantly investigated to be resolved...

Please send us a log file the next time you receive this error and we should be able to get this specific issue resolved extremely fast.
