I recently signed up with Fortune Poker (Boss Network) and decided to download the trial of the new PT3 since it supports Boss. However, upon auto-importing my hands I get an error about hands being imported to an outdated database and that this must be fixed before I can proceed. I can't make a new DB to solve this problem since I'm using the trial. Furthermore, I can't see the exact error this morning because I'm "Unable to connect to the PT3 database." These issues are make or break in regards to me buying PT3 and I will need some info on how to fix them

The quickest solution, if you are willing to lose your old database, is to completely uninstall PostgreSQL, delete the C:\Program Files\PostgreSQL\ directory, then reinstall. You can find a more detailed guide available here. If you have not changed any other default settings you will be able to reimport the hands that were in the old database by running a manual import on the C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\Processed directory.
