If you could enable logging (Configure --> Options --> Logging Enabled needs to be checked; if it isn't, check it and restart PT3) and recreate this issue on one table and then attach the C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\PokerTracker.log and C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\PokerTrackerHud.log to a
support request we'll be glad to look into it further and get it resolved ASAP.
