I created this topic in the beginners thread but will post here as more relevant.

I've downloaded the trial of PT3 and auto imported from PStars plus manually imported the hand history files I had saved; there's lots of stats in there but my ROI is -100%! None of the winnings have been uploaded.....have I missed something?

Also is there a link or explanation anywhere for what all the columns/data mean and what I should be aiming for? For example my bb/hand on PT3 says .10/100 but on Holdem Manager its 27.42/100......not sure if there's a problem there or not.

This is tourneys btw not cash.

I believe that you have to upload the tourney results manually..

There is a way to import these results from email but I am unsure of it. An archived post is available but the linked pictures are dead. I think it dealt with PT2 anyway. Any help on how to do this in PT3 would be greatly appreciated.

Click Requests --> Request Tournament Summaries from the Stars lobby. This will e-mail you the tournament summaries for the tournaments you have played in. Copy and paste the contents of those e-mails into a text file and save it in an easy location. Then go into PT3, to the Manual Import tab and use the "Import From File" button to manually import the text file you just created.

This will update all tournaments you got summaries for.

You can also manually enter results via the Tournaments --> Enter Results menu.

Yep, did this...all imports prefect except the ROI which is -100%......and i'm not that bad!

Could you please create a support ticket and attach the tournament summary file so that we can figure out why it's not importing properly?
