Please try changing the Performance Level in the HUD Options tab if these crashes are during play with the HUD running.
If you still have crashes on all performance levels, or the crashes are while using the program in general, please enable logging (Configure --> Options --> Logging Enabled should be checked, then restart PT3) and reproduce this error. Then please attach the C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\PokerTracker.log and C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\PokerTrackerHud.log files to a
support ticket so that we can examine exactly what is going on in your case in greater detail. There are very few crashing bugs left, and we cannot reproduce them reliably ourselves, so we need these files in order to figure out what is going wrong on your machine so that we can get it fixed.
