PT3 Build 3.00 issue: "Invalid PostgreSQL connection object" PT3 Build 3.00 issue: "Invalid PostgreSQL connection object"

10-16-2008 , 10:19 PM
In the "Texas Hold'em" tab after importing hands for awhile, I get the following error message (with a blank screen behind it):

"Invalid PostgreSQL connection object"

It occurs in all of the tabs (General ..... Summary)

I do play games other than hold'em and they are in my hand histories tab for Full Tilt. This might be the root of the issue or there could be something else going wrong.

Help would be appreciated . This error is usually off and on, but has been coming on a lot lately and it is really annoying.

Could you please enable logging (Configure --> Options --> Logging Enabled needs to be checked, then restart PT3) and reproduce this error and then attach the C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\PokerTracker.log, C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\PokerTrackerHud.log and the 3 most recent files in the C:\Program Files\PostgreSQL\8.3\data\pg_log directory to a support ticket so that we could look into it further?

I've just had this issue come up. Is there a fix for it?

This shouldn't be happening, but if you could submit those logs as well we'll look into what caused it for you and make sure it gets fixed.

Please try following the steps of this post and see if that helps you (then re-run housekeeping after).
