hi,

i just upgraded from sp1 to sp2 (late i know), and i thought everything would be smooth and easy, after reinstalling gfx drivers mb drivers and god knows what else i thought id get a sesh underway.
open up pt and get this error msg,

Unable to connect to database.

101 -SQLSTATE = 08001
could not connect to server: Connection refused (0x0000274D/10061)
is the server running on host "localhost" and accepting
TCP/IP connections on port 5432?

im clueless here ive looked in pt's settings > PostgresSQL settings and it all seems to match, any ideas?? (please dont tell me my db is gone arghhhh)
